Felixstowe Master Mariners Club
Lat 51°59°N Long 01°23°E
The Felixstowe Master Mariners Club was formed in 1975 as a social gathering for serving or retired Royal and Merchant Naval officers, with the ultimate aim of raising funds for maritime causes. With the decline of the British Merchant Fleet and the rapid growth in The Ports of Felixstowe, Ipswich and Harwich, it was decided to invite those associated with the shipping industry in general and those in the yachting fraternity as associate members. The membership today stands at 100.
